ObjectiveUsing the mathematical theory of structural partial-ordered attribute diagram,a new method of knowledge discovery,based on the corresponding Hasse diagram can be show a complex network of relationships between concepts.this project tries to achieve visualization expression on the “Shang Han Lun Jin Yan” by He Meng Yao which was the famous physician form Linnan at Qing dynasty and promoting academic development.MethodsBase on the concept extract and using the mathematical theory of structural partial-ordered attribute diagram,building the knowledge base system of the “Shang Han Lun Jin Yan”.Then this project created the formal context on the concept of formulae.It can show a complex network of relationships between concepts.Try to achieve visualization expression on the “Shang Han Lun Jin Yan” and finding the new knowledge from it.ResultsThrough the complex network of relationships between syndrome of TCM and symptom,it can intuitively find the closing symptom of the different syndrome of TCM.It can find the correlation and Common law of the cluster.Through the research for the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” researching school from Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty,it found the academic thoughts of the “Shang Han Lun Jin Yan”.ConclusionThrough the research to the “Shang Han Lun Jin Yan” by He Meng Yao,combining mathematical theory and traditional literature research,this project fulfilled the visualization expression.In accordance with modern research mode,it can promoting academic development of the modernization of the TCM classic books. |
