Objective: This study mainly studies the incidence of complications after radical operation of hilar cholangiocarcinoma and its relationship with the related factors,so as to improve the treatment strategy and improve the prognosis of patients. Methods:Collect a total of 85 patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma who underwent radical resection in Department of general surgery,First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from January 2007 to March2017 were retrospectively studied. From the multiple factors that may lead to postoperative complications of radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma,9 factors were selected for univariate chi square analysis, and the related factors of p<0.05 in univariate analysis were further analyzed by multiple Logistic regression analysis. The statistical software used in this study is SPSS17.0.According to the statistical analysis of related factors,p<0.05 indicates that this factor has a serious impact on postoperative complications of radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma, and has statistical significance. Results: A retrospective analysis of this study showed that 30 of the85 patients with radical hilar cholangiocarcinoma underwent postoperative complications, accounting for about 35.29%.Analysis by single factor chi square,we obtained 6 related factors, have a serious impact on the complications of patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma underwent radical surgery in the treatment of postoperative production namely: age(P=0.027),reaction of the nutritional status of patients the preoperative serum albumin level(P=0.044),radical preoperative total serum bilirubin in patients withvalue(P=0.037),Bismuth classification(P=0.031),intraoperative blood loss types(P=0.013)and whether combined with hepatic resection(P=0.012).Multivariate analysis showed that the age of the patient(P=0.021),the reaction of nutritional status in preoperative serum albumin level(P=0.012),radical preoperative total serum bilirubin in patients with value(P=0.025),intraoperative blood loss(P=0.017)and whether combined liver resection(P=0.009)were independent risk factors for complications for the treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma in patients after resection.Conclutions: 1.For radical resection of hilar bile duct cancer patients, patient age, preoperative serum albumin level, serum total bilirubin, the amount of intraoperative blood loss and whether liver resection is associated with occurrence as independent risk factors of serious complications after radical resection.2.Sex,preoperation prothrombin time and combined vascular invasion have no significant effect on postoperative complications.3.Before undergoing radical surgery,we should actively correct the pathophysiological state of patients and try to maintain normal level, which is expected to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
