The Clinical Research On Acupoint Injection Treatment With Chuan Kezhi On Bronchial Asthma

objectTo observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection with Chuan Kezhi on bronchial asthma.Methods30 patients with bronchial asthma in the acute episode and 30 patients with bronchial asthma in remission were treated with acupoint injection with Chuan Kezhi 30 patients with bronchial asthma in the acute episode and30 patients with bronchial asthma in remission were treated with acupoint injection on Feishu(BL13)、Fengmen(BL12)、Dingchuan(EX-B1)、Zusanli(ST36)with“Chuankezhi Injection”.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom,Physical sign score,lung function and Absolute count of eosinophils and ECP were observed and compared before and after the treatment.And the overall efficacy was evaluated.ResultsAfter the treatment,the Physical sign score and clinical effect has obvious improvement effect.Chuan Kezhi Injection can effectively assist in improve that clinical symptoms of asthma.Both of FEV1 and PEF of patients with bronchial asthma had obvious increasing effect.The ECP and EOS of patients with bronchial asthma in attack and remission stage was significantly reduced.ConclusionAcupoint injection with Chuan Kezhi can relieve the symptoms,improve the lung function,and enhance the quality of life for the patients with bronchial asthma in the acute episode and in remission stage.
