The new national health care reform started in 2009,large public hospitals are making efforts in the further development of the reform,the city of Kunming X hospital as the state announced the first batch of one of the 16 reform pilot city of the first hospital reform,how to develop health care reform late business strategy related to the hospital late sustainable development.This article takes the new hospital area of X Hospital of Kunming as the research object.First of all,the business strategy theory and application guidance,application of five forces model,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,value chain analysis tools,analyzes the current situation and development potential of the hospital reform;secondly,to study the competitiveness,value chain,development ability,selection based on the plan,including mission management strategy vision,values and goals of the content;thirdly,from the aspects of market development,product development,business penetration,all-round competition,and puts forward the method of business strategy;finally,according to the changing market and hospital,developed over the next three years of business development plan.Through this study,we comb the problems and opportunities of X hospital in Kunming,and make operational strategies and development proposals for the sustainable development of X hospital. |
