Purpose:By detecting DPN rats of blood sugar,GSP,MNCV,SNCV,which express and RAGEmRNA content and observe the sciatic nerve tissue morphology change,explore the stilbene ge t2dm party to control the blood sugar of rats,nerve damage and adjust the influence of which/RAGE signal pathway,and further reveals the mechanism of basis and thinking for clinical medication and new drug development.Method:Leave blank group and 12,the remaining rats by intraperitoneal injection of one-time bottom left chain urea with cephalosporins(STZ streptozotocin)of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in rats model,prepared by the die is to be built after the success of rats model,were randomly divided into model group,metformin group,stilbene ge t2dm with high dose group and stilbene ge t2dm with low dose group(each group of 15).In other words,blood sugar was taken from the tip of the tail of rats every week after gavage,and the GSP,MNCV,SNCV and sciatic nerve AGEs and RAGEmRNA expression of DPN rats were detected after 12 weeks of treatment.Meanwhile,pathological sections were prepared to observe the morphological changes of sciatic nerve tissue.Result:By statistics,stilbene ge t2dm rats blood sugar party high and low dose group was obviously lower than that of model group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,GSP was significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the MNCV and SNCV in the high and low group and the metformin group were significantly increased(P<0.05);The relative contents of sciatic nerve AGEs and RAGEmRNA expression in the two groups of qige tongluo decoction were significantly decreased,which was statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the sciatic nerve tissue in the two groups of qi ge tongluo group was more stable.Conclusion:Qi ge tongluo can effectively control the blood glucose level of DPN rats,improve nerve damage,and regulate the AGEs/RAGE signaling pathway.Therefore,it can be seen that qigong tongluo has certain preventive and therapeutic effects on the DPN rats. |
