Clinical Study Of Ningshen Yizhi Granule In Treating Children With Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Purpose: By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of Ningshen yizhi granule on children with ADHD(liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome),objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ningshen yizhi granule in treating children with ADHD.Method:Select 60 Children with ADHD in Jilin Provincial Hospital oftraditional chinese medicine outpatient pediatric who meet the inclusion criteria,which was in accordance with the principles of randomization,which divided into 2 groups,30 patients in each group.The treatment group received oral Ningshen yizhi granule,the control group given Xiaoer intelligence syrup.Both groups were given one course of treatment a month,Observe two courses of treatment.By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of Ningshen yizhi granule on children with ADHD(liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome),objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ningshen Yizhi Granule in treating children with ADHD.Result: The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group,the efficacy of the two groups was significantly different after treatment with SPSS22.0 statistical software(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms.Conclusion: Ningshen yizhi granule is effective in treating children with ADHD(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome),there is no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,it is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of this disease.
