Study On The Relationship Between Job Satisfaction,Job Bumout And Turnover Intention Of Township General Practitioners

The population in the county area of Shanxi Province accounts for about 72% of the total population of the province.It can be seen that the key to the success of medical reform is to solve the problem of medical treatment for the population in the county area,especially the rural population.As an indispensable part of China’s rural health service system,township health centers play an important role in guaranteeing the medical and health services of rural residents [2].Gp assumes the role of mainstay of towns and townships,their level of job satisfaction and job burnout and turnover intention of study is very necessary,the province of Shanxi Province,started in 2017 the "+" medical group integration reform model,the research of this article is in such a reform period,the research has four of the eight counties of all hospitals have already completed the "medical group +" reform,the other four counties has yet to start.To study the job satisfaction of general practitioners in township health institutions before and after medical reform;General practitioner’s job burnout and general practitioner’s willingness to stay can provide theoretical basis and policy advice for medical reform.In towns and townships as the importance of grassroots medical institutions,the general practitioner as the mainstay of grassroots medical services,playing an increasingly important role,there are still many problems,low salary,working environment is bad,the overall quality is not high,unreasonable compensation performance,few opportunities for promotion and so on.After the reform,township health hospitals of the general practitioner will be significantly strengthened.So through the study data show that the healthcare reform must further deepen the reform of linfen in Shanxi Province,to speed up the pace of not reform region,give full play to the role of the grassroots medical institutions,to achieve the aim of state much starker choices-and graver consequences-in health-care reform plan as soon as possible.
