Objective:To observe the change rule of endogenous growth hormone and prognosis in patients with gastric cancer and colorectal cancer during perioperative period, and find out whether accelerated rehabilitation surgery affects endogenous growth hormone and its metabolic mechanism. Methods:Endogenous growth hormone levels were measured at 1 days before radical gastrectomy and 1,3 and 5 days after operation, and the relationship between the changes and the clinical outcome was observed. The change rule of endogenous growth hormone on 1 days and 1-5 days after operation of colorectal cancer radical operation was detected. The patients in colorectal cancer group were divided into two groups according to the accelerated rehabilitation surgical treatment and traditional rehabilitation treatment, and the effect of rapid rehabilitation treatment on endogenous growth hormone was observed. For patients with colorectal cancer treatment and accelerate the rehabilitation of traditional rehabilitation treatment group for 1 days before surgery, after 1days of serum samples by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)for products have different metabolic ways, rapid recovery of endogenous growth hormone can influence the disposal of.Results:Endogenous growth hormone levels in gastric cancer effect a radical curepostoperative day 1 start to rise, peak 3 days postoperatively, down 5 days postoperatively In all cases of postoperative gastric resection 5 days, the patient endogenous growth hormone is significantly higher than distal gastric resection patients with systemic inflammatory response group postoperative day 1 growth hormone levels below without exhaust time short of systemic inflammation patients, postoperative day 1 growth hormone is higher than the exhaust time is longer than the other patients Long hospitalization patients compared with patients in hospital time is short, high growth hormone in patients with colorectal cancer radical 5 days postoperatively endogenous growth hormone levels on postoperative day 1,2 days and there was no significant difference in 1 day than, postoperative 3 heaven to normal Colorectal cancer radical surgery, accelerate rehabilitation group 1 day after surgery after two days of endogenous growth hormone levels higher than traditional rehabilitation group Accelerate rehabilitation group and the traditional rehabilitation group serum samples by PCA and chart can be very good, after the t test discriminant analysis, cluster analysis and the ROC curve, finally extract has significant differences in postoperative 1 day, there are differences matter five;Three days after surgery, there were 6 different substances;Five days after surgery, there were four different substances.Conclusion:1.The endogenous growth hormone increased after the radical gastrectomy and gradually decreased. The greater the surgical trauma, the higher the endogenous growth hormone level and the longer the postoperative duration. The endogenous growth hormone levels were low on the first day after radical gastrectomy or the level of endogenous growth hormone was sustained on the fifth day after operation, which could indicate the adverse clinical outcome in the perioperative period.2.The endogenous growth hormone is also increased and then decreased after radical resection of colorectal cancer. The level of endogenous growth hormone can be improved after 3 days of operation.3.After the treatment of LC-MS,the serum samples of the accelerated rehabilitation group and the traditional rehabilitation group were screened out of the different substances. The accelerated rehabilitation group can promote postoperative lipid synthesis, carbohydrate metabolism and other metabolic pathways, reduce inflammation and speed up postoperative rehabilitation.
