Evaluation Analysis Of The Efficacy Of Ginsenosides In The Adjuvant Treatment Of The Postoperative Acral Melanoma

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine ginse nosides in postoperative adjuvant therapy of extremity skin malignant melanoma an d to provide reference for the clinical treatment of malignant melanoma.Methods:April 2013 to February 2018,43 cases were treated Ⅲ stage of clinical data and more extremities patients with malignant melanoma,treatment in accordance with t he program divided into control group(n = 24)Study Group(n = 19).Radical r esection underwent expansion,with simple control group after high-dose interferonα-2b(Intron A)treatment(1200IU subcutaneously,once daily,7 days a course.Ev ery three month course of treatment,for 8 courses),research group took ginseng s aponins(0.25 g basis in the control group,orally administered 1 hour before meals,2 times a day,taking three weeks per month).The average follow-up time of 28 months.For postoperative follow-up data were retrospectively analyzed.Results: T wo groups of patients generally baseline data no statistically significant difference b etween comparable(P> 0.05).Efficacy Evaluation Criteria in accordance off solid t umors,the efficacy of the study group and the disease control rate efficiency in co mparison with the control group(P> 0.05),no significant difference between the t wo.Study groups and average survival time was longer than the median survival ti me of control group(P<0.05).And add ginsenoside adjuvant therapy group and hi gh-dose interferon adjuvant therapy group compared with the control group,no adv erse reactions(P> 0.05).Conclusions: Ginsenosides combined with high-dose interf eron as acral malignant melanoma tumor clinical effect of adjuvant therapy after su rgery is better than interferon therapy,long survival time of patients without increa sing side effects,worthy of clinical application.
