Research On India’s Heath-care System

After seventy years of development,India’s progress of medical security system,gradually set up in the public health service system,the private medical service system,the national rural health plan,the government,medical treatment,formal and informal medical insurance program,the Indian health service system of financing channels as the main body of the medical security system.the Indian government pays attention to protect the health rights and interests of vulnerable groups in recent years,making all Indian citizens in sickness.Over the past 65 years,the Indian government has devoted itself to the implementation of a fair medical care policy,and has made great achievements in improving the medical security of farmers and urban poor groups.More importantly,there are many similarities between rural India and rural China,such as large population and uneven economic level.So there is more to compare and learn from.The first chapter mainly describes the research background,research significance,research objectives and literature review,and after reviewing the previous research results,the theoretical framework and research direction of this thesis are determined.The second chapter of India’s medical security system has made the preliminary introduction,mainly to India public medical institution and the development of private medical institutions,composition,structure and so on carries on the preliminary summary,let the reader in India have a preliminary understanding of medical security system.The third chapter divides the Indian medical security system into the urban medical security system and the rural medical security system,and introduces the composition and structure of the urban security system and the rural security system in detail.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the operation ways of India’s medical security system,mainly divides into two links,financing and operating for each medical service principal fund-raising operations were analyzed one by one introduced.The fifth chapter mainly to the various problems of the medical security system in India has made the description and analysis,the main problems are:the low efficiency of public health department,medical resource allocation imbalance,medical brain drain is serious,and so on.And the above mentioned problems are proposed the preliminary solution.The sixth chapter mainly through the contrast with China,India in the development of medical experience and lessons,find out the advantages and problems of China’s medical security system,complement each other,for the development of medical service system in our country in the future put forward effective Suggestions.
