This paper through the analysis of toxicity and therapeutic effect of simultaneous use of hyperthermia during chemoradiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer,to explore the mechanism of hyperthermia, and provide scientific basis for improving treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and reduce the adverse reaction rate.Objective:1.To discuss the effect of hyperthermia on radiotherapy and chemotherapy.2.To discuss the effect of hyperthermia on human immune system(T cell subsets).Methods:105 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group. In the control group,55 cases were treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy, while the study group was given hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment group, and the short-term curative effect of the two groups was compared between the 50 groups after January.Flow cytometry was used to measure the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets before and after radiotherapy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Using the paired t test was used for statistical analysis and χ2.The changes of T cell subsets CD3,CD4/CD8,NK levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 92%(46/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.2%(43/55),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,5 cases of heat injury occurred in the treatment group. The side effects of fever, gastrointestinal reaction and radiation pneumonia in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of blood CD3,CD4/CD8,NK level before treatment, there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05),The CD3,CD4/CD8,NK levels in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),The levels of CD3,CD4/CD8 and NK in the study group were significantlywas no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05),The CD3,CD4/CD8,NK levels in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),The levels of CD35 CD4/CD8 and NK in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy can improve the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treatment, disease control rate, enhance immunity, reduce side effects and improve disease control rate,it is worthy of clinical application. |
