Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Self-made Yan Li Xiao Pill

PurposeObjective: the purpose of this research is to observe the clinical efficacy of Yan Li Xiao granule in the treatment of sequelae of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,so as to develop a new treatment for this type of patients,so as to alleviate the pain of patients.Methods: 72 cases of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were selected to be observed in this study.All cases were derived from gynecologic outpatients.The treatment group was randomly divided into 36 cases in the treatment group and36 in the control group.After 6 weeks of continuous treatment,the curative effect was determined by observing the symptoms,signs,and routine examination results before and after the treatment of the patients.Results: by statistical analysis,the total efficiency of the treatment group is 91.66%,the total efficiency of the control group is 82.86%,through statistical analysis,the clinical curative effect of strong treatment group clinical treatment using self-made Yanlixiao granule in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis in the control group.Conclusion: the application of Yan Li Xiao granule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease sequela,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type has obvious curative effect,and is worthy of further research and application,with a view to get your support and recognition.
