Clinical Evaluation Of Jingyun Decoction In Treating Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type (Phlegm Blocking Meridian Type)

Objective: through the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type(phlegm blocking meridian type)of cervical spondylopathy of cervical artery by clinical observation,and explore the mechanism of its action,in order to provide a basis for further clarification of its clinical role.Methods: from December 2016 to December 2017,72 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm blocking meridian type)were selected from orthopaedic clinic of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The whole group was divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,36 patients in each group.For the treatment group patients were treated with Jingyun decoction,for the control group patients were treated by Jingfukang granule,the two groups of patients for two courses of treatment,a total of four weeks.Results: 1 total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.44%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 91.67%.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2 After treatment,the main clinical symptoms,associated symptoms and signs of the two groups were significantly improved;there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).3 After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups was significantly improved;there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm blocking meridian type)with Jingyun decoction and Jingfukang granule can obtain good clinical curative effect.This provides the experimental Basis for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm blocking meridian type)in clinical application.
