Purpose:Objective to explore the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis and carotid ultrasound results of Ischemic Stroke patients.The objective index of physical examination in the diagnosis and diagnosis of the tongue of the western medicine and Chinese medicine combined with the etiology and pathogenesis of Ischemic Stroke through diagnosis more objective and scientific,so as to tongue diagnosis in the diagnosis of Ischemic Stroke in understanding the disease evil nature,to understand the extent of invasion of the pathogen and guide medication and prognosis evaluation status to provide the basis,also can become the appearance of tongue examination to determine the initial carotid artery ultrasound in Ischemic Stroke patients the change degree of reference.Method:The research methods used in this study cohort,1775 Ischemic Stroke patients selected met the inclusion criteria were recorded and carotid ultrasound examination results of patients,according to the results of carotid artery ultrasound is divided into cervical artery intima-media thickening with multiple localized plaque group(A group),carotid artery intima-media localized Department thickening group(B group),multiple carotid plaque formation group(C group),carotid artery ultrasound examination showed no abnormal group(D group).The patient’s tongue image was recorded by field judgment and photo.The correlation between the carotid artery ultrasound changes and the expression of the tongue was analyzed.All data were calculated by X~2 test,rank-sum test and two-way ANOVA,and analyzed by SPSS19.0 software system.Result:1 In 1775 cases of ischemic Ischemic Stroke,there were 1183 cases of carotid artery intima-media thickness thickening and multiple plaques formation,with the highest proportion.The syndrome types of group A and group C were similar,all of which tended to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and tanre fushi syndrome.The distribution of syndrome type in group B was relatively typical,most seen in wind phlegm obstructing collaterals,accounting for 57.20%,and in group D patients tended to be more common in wind phlegm obstruction syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2 The content of the appearance of each tongue is different in each group:2.1.Carotid artery intima-media thickening the tongue with multiple plaque formation is the main color of tongue,dark red tongue accounted for 42%of tooth marked tongue tongue,crooked tongue accounted for 40.7%,the highest frequency,accounted for 47.5%;the tongue mucosa quality is mainly greasy mucosa(42.3%),mucosal color is white mucosa(50.5%);sublingual vein isⅡdegree,Ⅰdegree change significantly,respectively is 39.3%,35.4%.2.2.Tongue neck artery intima-media thickening the tongue group with pink tongue rare,accounting for 43.6%,tender tongue tongue to see more,accounted for 45.5%,with tough tongue tongue condition more common,accounting for 55.3%;the texture of tongue mucosa mainly in greasy mucosa(43.6%),mucosal color is white(44%);sublingual vein isⅠdegree change significantly,accounting for 43.4%.2.3.Multiple cervical artery plaque formation group with tongue tongue color dark red tongue is the majority,accounting for 41.6%,the tongue with tooth marked tongue fur mostly,accounted for 44.3%,accounting for 54.6%;see tough tongue,tongue mucosa texture with thin fur rare,accounting for 36.8%,mucosa color is yellow rare,accounting for 51.2%of the tongue;under the collaterals isⅡdegrees change significantly,accounting for 61.5%.2.4.The neck artery ultrasound examination showed no abnormal group,tongue color,tongue red tongue with the highest frequency,accounted for 47.7%,the tongue with tooth marked tongue appear most frequently,accounting for 38.6%,with a strong state of tongue tongue had the highest frequency,accounted for 40.9%;in thin tongue mucosa mucosa,tongue mucosa accounted for 47.7%,the color is white see more,accounted for 52.3%;the sublingual vein at 1 degrees to change the majority,accounting for 43.2%.3 In every two groups,the tongue color of the two groups,except the middle membrane limiting thickening group and the multiple plaque formation of the neck artery in the neck artery,was P=0.142>0.05,and the tongue color of the two groups was not different,and the22 of the other groups were and tongue mucosa:F=1237.708,P=0.000<0.05,sublingual collaterals:F=5302.134,P=0.000<0.05).The above results indicate that the factors of each group of tongue region have influence on the rate of tongue image.Conclusion:1The ultrasonographic features of ischemic stroke patients are different from those of carotid arteries.2Most of the lingual images of the patients with limited thickness of the middle membrane of the neck artery and the formation of plaque are"skewed dark red tongue with teeth marks and white greasy".The syndrome types are mostly found in the phlegm heat syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The syndrome types are mostly found in the syndrome of wind phlegm obstructing collaterals,and most of the tongue images in the patients with carotid artery plaque are"tough and dark red tongue with teeth marks,moss yellow",and their syndrome types are mostly found in phlegm heat and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and most of the tongue images of patients with abnormal ultrasound examination in the neck artery are"strong red tongue with teeth."The syndrome is mostly seen in wind and phlegm obstructing collaterals and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
