Clinical Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion Combined With Drug Therapy In The Treatment Of Functional ED

Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese traditional acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of functional erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods: on January 1,2017-November 30,2017 male traditional Chinese acupuncture and clinics in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region of ED patients(confirmed by western medicine diagnosis),first by the attending physician or above(including)the title of physician disease classification,meets the diagnostic criteria of functional ED patients as the research object,and randomly divided into acupuncture group(group A)and acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group(group B)and pure drugs tadalafil treatment group(group C).Group A was applied to the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.In group B,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy with acupuncture point,plus and subtraction and moxibustion of moxibustion was applied.Group C simply took the drug tadalafil.After two courses of intervention,the international male erectile function index(IIEF-5)and international sexual desire scale(MSF-4)were used to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of each group.Results:(1)comparison of iief-5 scores: all three groups had higher scores after treatment,but group A was significantly higher than group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)MSF-4 score comparison: after treatment,the scores of the three groups were all increased,but the score of group A was significantly increased,and the difference between group B and group C was significantly different,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)the overall curative effect comparison: group A markedly effective rate was 67%,markedly effective rate was 35%,group B group C total efficiency was 40%,markedly effective rate is high,the group A compared with group B,the markedly effective rate of group C with difference(P < 0.01).(4)safety evaluation: none of the three groups showed significant adverse reactions in the treatment.Conclusion: the acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug dala is effective in the treatment of functional ED,and is safe and reliable.It can be used as a new method for clinical treatment of functional ED.
