Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the mutation rates of ALK,RET and ROS1 genes, and the relativity about clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with adenocarcinoma of the lung with different genotypes in Xinjiang. Methods: Ollected pathological tissue specimens of non-EGFR mutated patients with lung adenocarcinoma patients who were treated by surgery at Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,ALK,RET and ROS1 gene mutations were detected by high-throughput sequencing, and the relationship between mutation status, clinicopathological features and prognosis was retrospectively analyzed. Results: 1.In Xinjiang, the rates of mutation of ALK,RET and ROS1 were 6.43%,1.43%,and 2.14% in the non-EGFR mutated lung adenocarcinoma patients with surgical treatment, and Three genes are mutually exclusive;2.There was a significant difference in the age level between the ALK/RET/ROS1 group and the negative group in Xinjiang area(P=0.035),but there was no significant correlation between the mutation status and prognosis(P > 0.05);3.There was no significant correlation between the mutation status of ALK,RET and ROS1 gene and the sex, age, smoking history, differentiation, tumor stage and prognosis of the patients(P > 0.05).Conclusion: In Xinjiang,The overall incidence ofthe rare mutation gene(ALK/RET/ROS1)is low, more likely to occur in relatively young(less than 60),non EGFR mutation in lung adenocarcinoma population,The state of mutation and the type of mutation are not related to the prognosis.
