Clinical Observation Of Nausea And Vomiting Caused By Cisplatin In The Treatment Of Navel Therapy With Ginger-processed Pincellia

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ginger-processed pincellia for preventing and treating nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin,so as to provide a new adjuvant therapy for this disease.Methods: The patients who meet the criteria were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group)all 30 cases.The control group was treated with ondansetron 8mg intravenously 30 minutes before cisplatin intravenously on the first day alone.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was given the navel therapy with ginger-processed pincellia for three hours after three consecutive days.The clinical symptom scores and vomiting control of the two groups were evaluated on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after treatment,and the number of additional antiemetic drugs and skin allergies were counted after the end of the observation period.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical symptom scores between the two groups of patients:On the 1st,2nd and 3rd days after treatment,the clinical symptom scores of both groups showed an upward trend,the ascending curve was smaller in the experimental group.Compared with the two groups,the scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).(2)Comparison of vomiting control between two groups of patients:On the 1st,2nd and 3rd days after treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups of patients showed a downward trend,the decrease of the experimental group was smaller.Compared with the two groups,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).(3)Comparison of additional antiemetic drugs between two groups of patients:The proportion of the 8 cases in the control group was 30.76% in the supplementaltreatment group and 10.7% in the 3 cases experimental group.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant in terms of chi-square analysis χ2=2.213(p>0.05).(4)Statistics of skin allergy in experimental group:There are two cases of mild skin allergic reaction,which is safe and reliable.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of nausea and vomiting induced by cisplatin can be effectively improved and the control rate of vomiting can be improved by applying inger-processed pincellia combined with Ondansetron,the curative effect is remarkable.
