ObjectiveBy studying the correlation between the TCM syndrome typing of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)and food specific IgG antibody,we can speculate which TCM syndrome typing of IBS would obtain the biggest benefit from foods removal treatment under the guidance of specific IgG antibody detection,guiding patients with diet therapy.MethodWe choose three types of TCM syndrome typing of IBS-patients,which include syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness,syndrome of liver depression,Each type includes 20 patients.Along with 20 healthy controls.All patients were adopted venous blood 3 ml,which was used for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to test serum food specific IgG antibody of forty-two kinds of foods.Then we contrast the differences of food specific IgG antibody levels such as positive rate,The degree of positive and Positive species among three types of TCM syndrome typing of IBS.Finally,Using SPSS19.0 statistical package for statistical data processing,the count data using chi-square test,measurement data using analysis of variance,the probability P said differences.Result1.In the tested 42 kinds of foods,the scallop has the highest positive rate of foods specific IgG antibody,forther more,each syndrome group of IBS has a higher positive rate of scallops than that of healthy controls.The top three positive rate of food specific IgG antibody in IBS patients with different syndrome type are scallops,sardines,sesame.In 42 kinds of tested food,seafood is the most common intolerance food in patients with IBS,for clams,shrimp,ribbon fish,salmon,cod,crab can generate specific IgG antibody to different extent.Except the scallop,the intolerance positive rate of other food are low in healthy control group,but the intolerance food is various.2.Positive rate of food specific IgG antibody in syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency group is higher than that of liver depression grou and healthy control group,so as the syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness,differences are statistically significant(p<0.0083),there is no significant difference(p>0.0083)between liver depression and spleen deficiency group and syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness group,as well as between liver depression group and healthy control group.3.The average positive species of intolerance food in liver depression and spleen deficiency group and splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness group are more than liver depression and healthy control group,differences are statistically significant(p<0.0083),there is no significant difference(p>0.0083)between liver depression and spleen deficiency group and syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness group,as well as between liver depression group and healthy control group.4.The mild positive percentage of Food specific IgG antibody has no difference between groups(p>0.05);Moderate positive percentage in liver depression and spleen deficiency group and splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness group are higher than liver depression and healthy control group,differences are statistically significant(p<0.0083),there is no significant difference(p>0.0083)between liver depression and spleen deficiency group and syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness group,as well as between liver depression group and healthy control group;Severe positive percentage in liver depression and spleen deficiency group are higher than liver depression group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.0083),the comparison between other groups has no significant difference(p>0.0083).Conclusion1.Among IBS patients,syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness have a higher positive rate of food intolerance than syndrome of liver depression,so as the average positive species of intolerance food.2.Patients with syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness are prone to moderate and severe food intolerance than syndrome of liver depression.3.Three types of syndrome in patients with IBS all easily intolerance to seafood and high protein food;Healthy people also appear different levels of specific IgG antibody positive,but many characterized by mild,for the immune system produce a physiological response to the food ingredients as the consumption of food frequency is too high with a period of time.Thus,we can come to a conclusion that patients with syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,syndrome of splenic asthenia would obtain the biggest benefit from foods removal treatment under the guidance of specific IgG antibody detection,but liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome type of IBS is not correlated with the diet,which has certain guiding significance to the diet treatment. |
