The Clinical Observation Of Jianpihuoxue Decoction Combined With Methylprednisolone Tablets In The Treatment Of Pemphigus Vulgaris

Objective:This study was to observe Jianpihuoxue decoction combined with methylprednisolone tablets the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris(deficiency of spleen and blood stasis syndrome)in clinical curative effect.Methods:Selected cases from Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine first affiliated hospital dermatology clinic and dermatology clinic in Heilongjiang provincial hospital from February 2017-January 2018 clinic patients.Select 51 patients were included in the standard,according to the order with the method of random grouping,divided into three groups,each group of 17 cases,they were given the treatment group(Jianpihuoxue decoction combined with methylprednisolone tablets)oral,control group A(methylprednisolone tablets)oral,control group B(Jianpihuoxue decoction).4 weeks for a period of treatment,Record three groups of drug use before and after 4 weeks,8 weeks of illness severity score,Hormone control measurement,And related complications and drug adverse reactions such as index in Between groups of curative effect evaluation,and carry on statistics processing.Results:1.After treatment,the treatment group,control group A and control group B,total effective rate was 94.11%,70.58%,64.70%respectively,Three groups of clinical curative effect to compare the statistical analysis(P<0.05)have significant difference,The treatment group is better than that of control group A and control group B.2.The illness severity score is statistically significant(P<0.05),the skin to improve the situation of the treatment group is better than that of control group A and control group B.3.There is a statistically significant hormone control of measurement(P<0.05),Hormone control measure the treatment group was obviously less than control group A.4.Three groups of patients with its associated complications situation is statistically significant(P<0.05),The treatment group and control group B complications is less than the control group A.5.Three groups of patients did not affect the clinical observation of adverse reactions,The treatment group and control group B security is relatively higher.Conclusion:1.Jianpihuoxue decoction combined with methyl prednisolone tablets in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris(deficiency of spleen and blood stasis syndrome)Can obviously improve the patient’s condition.2.Jianpihuoxue decoction combined with methyl prednisolone tablets in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris(deficiency of spleen and blood stasis syndrome)in the hormone control measurement of the disease is less than that of hormone group alone.3.Jianpihuoxue decoction combined with methylprednisolone tablets in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris(deficiency of spleen and blood stasis syndrome)complications during the course of less than use hormone group.4.Jianpihuoxue decoction combined with methylprednisolone tablets in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris(deficiency of spleen and blood stasis syndrome)safe,reliable and effective.
