Objective:To collect medical records of hospitalized 500 cases of surgical treatment of gastric cancer patients in Shandong Provincial Hospital, through a retrospective analysis of the impact occurs after gastrectomy Roux stasis syndrome risk factors,to seek the main reason for the Roux stasis syndrome occurred after gastrectomy. Methods:A total of 500 cases of gastric cancer patients treated by roux-en-y digestive tract reconstruction in Shandong Province Hospital from June 2010 to June 2015 were randomly selected, and the preoperative status was assessed.Collect many clinical indicators, including age, gender, preoperative hemoglobin level, preoperative albumin level, preoperative heart disease, respiratory system disease, hepatitis b,hypertension, diabetes, tumor location, surgical procedure, intraoperative blood loss, length of surgery, and so on more than 10 items, and a single factor analysis was carried out to analyze the factors that affect the postoperative Roux stasis syndrome. The collected patients were divided into group A(Roux stasis syndrome)and group B(no Roux stasis syndrome),and the above indicators were recorded separately. Finally, sorted data, establishing a database, using the SPSS 18.0 statistical software for data statistics analysis, count data chi-square,measurement data are independent samples t test,P values<0.05 is significant. Results:The clinical data of 500 patients with gastric cancer were analyzed.According to the clinical symptoms and related auxiliary examination results, the criteria were divided into group A(Roux stasis syndrome)and group B(no Roux stasis syndrome). The comparison was made from multiple aspects including age, gender, preoperative hemoglobin level, preoperative albumin level, preoperative heart disease, respiratory system disease, hepatitis b,hypertension, diabetes, tumor location, surgical procedure, intraoperative blood loss, and duration of surgery.Statistical results show that the patient’s age, gender, hepatitis b,preoperative heart disease, preoperative respiratory system disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy,D1 and D2,the duration of surgery, perioperative blood loss, postoperative pathologic results and in staging little correlation with the occurrence of postoperative RSS relationship; The preoperative hypoalbuminemia, tumor location, and surgical procedure were related to the occurrence of postoperative RSS.Conclusion:(1)The results of this study show that the incidence rate of RSS is 15.6%.(2)Statistical data of this study show that the patient’s age, gender, hepatitis b,preoperative heart disease, preoperative respiratory system disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy,D1 and D2,the duration of surgery, perioperative blood loss, postoperative pathologic results and in staging little correlation with the occurrence of postoperative RSS relationship; The preoperative hypoalbuminemia, tumor location, and surgical procedure were related to the occurrence of postoperative RSS.(3)Reasonable preoperative preparation and choice of surgical methods are key to reducing postoperative RSS.
