Study On The Correlation Between Clinical Factors And Recurrence Time In Patients With Breast Cancer After Mastectomy

Objective: Breast cancer has become one of the common malignant tumor,mainly occur among women,in all female malignant tumor,the disease incidence is highest,the mortality rate accounted for 15.0% of all female malignant tumors.With the continuous progress of treatment,the treatment of the disease curative effect has been improved dramatically,mortality rate gradually decreased,but still have one third of the patients will appear the recurrence and metastasis,and the patient treatment effect is very poor,the purpose of this study is to analyze the related risk factors for postoperative recurrence of breast cancer,and time to disease recurrence,and the rule of recurrence,the related risk factors for recurrence of breast cancer,to formulate individualized in patients with breast cancer follow-up treatment strategies,principles and risk factors for recurrence of patients with early intervention,delay the time of recurrence,Improve the survival rate of patients and improve their quality of life.Methods: Collected from January 1992 to January 2017 in our hospital for breast cancer surgery treatment and diagnosis of patients with primary breast cancer,choose these patients with complete specified data,these data include surgery data,age,tumor diameter,number of positive lymph nodes,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),Ki-67,menstruation,preoperative neutrophils/ lymphocyte number ratio(NLR),platelet/ lymphocyte number ratio(PLR),a total of 170 patients were selected,and take these cases as the research object,for the statistics related data get into the groups of patients,use of Kaplan-Meier way of inspection,analysis of all possible factors associated with recurrence of time,and further analyze the related risk factors.Results: In the general situation of the enrolled patients,there were 79 patients with both ER and PR positive,46 patients received endocrine therapy;All cases for the female,the age range is 18-73 years old,the median age is 47.0 years,the average age is 47.9 years,which all patients with recurrence time analysis found that the time of recurrence of a median of 28.0 months,and the average recurrence time is 33.8 months.Through the single factor analysis found that hormone therapy,ER and PR status,number of Ki-67 expression and lymph node metastasis were related with the recurrence time(P < 0.05),while using Pearson method analysis,age,NLR,PLR is associated with recurrence time(P < 0.05),and finally,the method of using Cox multi-factor analysis,results suggest patients with postoperative endocrine treatment condition and the grain number of positive lymph nodes,the expression of Ki-67 are all can affect the time of recurrence,and the independent prognostic factors(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Through this study,we found that many factors are related to breast cancer patients postoperative recurrence,metastasis,for those patients with recurrence risk factors,all kinds of necessary intervention measures should be taken to strengthen postoperative monitoring,should set principle of individualization of follow-up in patients with breast cancer and treatment strategies,should actively carry out complete for postoperative follow-up treatment,reduce postoperative recurrence of breast cancer,delay the time of recurrence and improve survival rate of patients.
