Objective:The clinical features and pathological features of the three common diseases of skin malignant tumors in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Methods: Retrospective analyzed 71 cases with skin cancer of hospitalization in our department which were performed by pathological biopsy from January 1,2014 to December 31,2017.The characteristics of sex, age, location, symptoms, onset, cause, working environment(indoor / outdoor),histopathology and blood tumor markers were collected. The SPSS 22 software package was applied to analyze the characteristics of the disease. The role of related factors in the pathogenesis, pathological staging and blood tumor marker results and data analysis by descriptive analysis method. Results: 71 cases with skin cancer were analyzed. It was concluded that the composition of this disease in this study was squamous cell carcinoma(31,43.66%),basal cell carcinoma(30,42.25%),Bowen disease(10,14.08%),of which the ratio of BCC to SCC cases was close to 1:1.03.The age range was wide, and the average year of illness age 69.64 ±11.75,concentrated between 71 and 90 years old. There was no statistical significance between 71-90 years old group and younger than 70 year old group. The location of the tumor mainly in head and neck, accounted for 71.4%.There was a significant correlation between single / multiple and the location of disease significant(P<0.05).The difference between working environment(indoor / outdoor)and different types of tumors was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of male to female was 1:1.5.There was no significant difference between male and female patients in single and multiple proportions. The majority of skin cancer without obvious inducements and without conscious symptoms during the onset of the disease. The majority of these cases were asymptomatic and no significant inducements occurred(64.63% and 72.22%).35.36% of the patients had different degrees of pain, itching or itching symptoms. There was no significant difference between different types of cancer and conscious symptoms(P>0.05).In this study, the relationship between squamous cell carcinoma-associated antigen(SCCA),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA211)and these disease were studied.A low positive rate was found, which did not support the prediction of malignant epithelial tissue tumor of the skin by various tumor markers whether it occurred or not.The statistical significance of each TM in different types of tumors was no obvious,SCCA(P>0.05),CYFRA211(P>0.05).The pathological diagnosis of SCC patients was staging:the proportion of highly differentiated stage was the highest(53.8%),followed by moderate differentiation stage(33.3%),low differentiation period(10%),unchecked(7.5%).Conclusion: 1.In this study, single tumor was the main cause, and the population aged71-90 years old was the main group.2.Exposure site is the main part of this disease.3.Tumor markers(SCCA,CYFRA211)have no obvious evidence for screening malignant skin tumors.
