Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Mild AD (Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type) By The Combination Of Gubenjiannao Liquor And Donepezil

Objective: to use up its Gubenjiannao Liquor joint donepezil in the treatment of mild AD(spleen and kidney deficiency type),by looking at the TCM symptoms of patients before and after medication and the change of scale scores for comparative analysis,confirmed up Gubenjiannao Liquor effectiveness and safety of clinical application.Methods: Sixty patients with mild AD(spleen and kidney deficiency type)were selected from our outpatient and inpatient department and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received Gubenjiannao combined with donepezil,while the control group received only donepezil oral.Continuous observation of 6 months,before and after treatment were recorded in patients with ADAS-cog,MMSE,ADL and TCM Syndrome scale status.The results are analyzed and summarized by spss17.0 software.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in ADAS-cog,MMSE,ADL and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).2.The MMSE scores of the treatment group and the control group had significant changes before and after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment,and there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The scores before and after treatment of ADL(FIM)scores showed an upward trend,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.The ADAS-cog score scale was compared before and after the two groups.The control group had no significant changes in word recall,structural exercises,language understanding,hallucinations,delusions,pacing,exercise activity enhancement,and coordination examination(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two items(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly improved word recall,language understanding,and depression mood on the basis of the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the paired t-test between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference between the twogroups after treatment(P<0.05).4.Comparison between the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group had obvious improvement in the other TCM syndromes except self-sweating and nausea and vomiting,while the TCM syndromes in the control group showed no obvious improvement.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,and there was statistically significant difference after treatment.5.Before and after treatment in the treatment group compared with the control group,the control group had significant improvement in abdominal distension,abdominal nausea,nausea and vomiting,chlorosis of the complexion(P<0.05),while the remaining TCM syndromes did not improve significantly(P>0.05).The symptoms of fatigue,loss of appetite,loose stools,backache,and limb weight of the control groupwere significantly improved on the basis of treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Guben Jiannao liquor combined with donepezil clinical drug safety.2.Guben Jiannao Liquor combined with donepezil can effectively improve the patient’s memory,comprehension and self-care ability,the effect is better than donepezil alone.3.Gubenjiannao liquor combined with donepezil has a better effect on the improvement of TCM syndromes of spleen and kidney deficiency than single donepezil alone.
