Analysis To Expression Of Tumor Abnormal Protein In Gastrointestinal Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the expression of tumor abnormal protein(TAP)in peripheral blood of patients with gastrointestinal cancer and detection of carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)of serum tumor markers,and explore its early diagnosis,clinical stage and clinical value of therapeutic evaluation.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,we chose 313 cases of gastrointestinal cancer inpatients(malignant group)and 154 cases of benign digestive disease inpatients(benign group)in our hospital from September 2017 to March 2018.TAP were detected by agglutination method,and CEA and CA19-9 serum levels were detected by electrochemiluminescence detection method,then statistical analysis were made.Results:1 The serum TAP,CEA and CA19-9 levels in malignant group were higher than those in benign group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2 The sensitivity and accuracy of TAP were compared with CEA and CA19-9 separately,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Three gastrointestinal cancer combined detection sensitivity was up to 86.90%,which was higher than three separate tests,the difference combined with CEA and CA19-9 was statistically significant(P<0.01).Three joint detection specificity of gastrointestinal cancer was 61.04%,which was lower than the CEA,CA19-9 separate test(P<0.01),but compared with TAP test alone,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3 The difference of TAP combined with gender,age,tumor types,tumor infiltration depth and differentiated degree separately was no statistically significant(P>0.05).But the difference combined with TNM classification was statistically significant(P<0.01).4 The difference of comparing TAP,CEA and CA19-9 value within CR,PR,SD and PD group was statistically significant(P < 0.01).With the progress of disease after treatment,the value of TAP,CEA and CA19-9 gradually increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of TAP in patients with gastrointestinal cancer were much higher than those in patients with benign disease.Combined detection with CEA and CA19-9 can improve its sensitivity.The detection of TAP may have important value in the diagnosis,screening,monitoring and prognosis of gastrointestinal cancer.
