Objective By analyzing the associations among Family History of Cancer(FHC),Healthy Beliefs and Lifestyle Behaviors, this paper provides a clue for the future use of family history to carry out prevention intervention associated with cancer. Methods According to the literature review and research results of the system, the "health belief model" is the theoretical basis, together with expert consultation and pre-survey design questionnaire; Then the cross-sectional design and the household access questionnaire survey were carried out.According to the cluster random sampling method, the trained medical students conducted the field questionnaire survey in the selected survey site. The factors affecting the healthy beliefs and behaviors of cancer in hefei were analyzed by means of chi-square test, variance analysis, binary logistic regression and multiple linear regression.Hypothesis testing is statistically significant for bilateral P<0.05.Results A total of 2309 valid questionnaires were analyzed, and the report rate of FHC was 31.6%(729/2309).The ratio of male to female was 1:1.20,with an average age of 61.41 ± 13.34,and there was a statistical difference between the age, education, family income and medical insurance in the FHC(P<0.001).The general condition of healthy belief in the cancer of community residents in hefei is better. The social demographic factors have different influences on the health beliefs of the community residents in Hefei. The healthy belief of FHC was higher than that of Family History of No Cancer(FHNC)in Perceived Susceptibility,Perceived Seriousness,Perceived Benefits and the general level of the belief cognition of cancer; The healthy belief of FHC is inferior to that of FHNC in the Perceived Barriers; However, there was no statistically significant difference between the FHC and FHNC in the Perceived Effectivenesss. In this study,23 malignant tumor related behaviors were included, and 7 behaviors were statistically significant in the family history group by single factor analysis. After binary logistic regression analysis, only in a behavior about eat salted food,FHC of respondents was 1.407 times FHNC of respondents(95% CI: 1.163 ~ 1.701),and other 22 related behaviors had no statistical significance, the influence of the social and demographic factors on cancer related behaviors have different degrees of influence.Summary for cancer related behavior variables to multiple linear regression analysis, the main factors influencing the behaviors associated with cancer are: gender, age, education, and health beliefs. Conclusion The healthy belief of FHC was higher than that of FHNC in Perceived Susceptibility,Perceived Seriousness,Perceived Benefits and the general level of the belief cognition of cancer; The healthy belief of FHC is inferior to that of FHNC in the Perceived Barriers; However, there was no statistically significant difference between the FHC and FHNC in the Perceived Effectivenesss. The related beliefs of cancer have important influence on the related behaviors of cancer. However, there was no statistically significant correlation between the family history of cancer and the related behaviors of cancer.
