detoxification,clearing hectic heat.It was used for the treatment of bone steaming and hectic fever,damp heat and sore,eczematid and pruritus,jaundice,red urine,night sweating,spermatorrhea.Modern society mainly used for the treatment of infectious diseases such as diarrhea,arthritis,pneumonia,chronic hepatitis,allergic drug eruptions.Objective At present,the quality evaluation standards of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and its processed products are not enough,lack of the exclusive evaluation of the characteristic attributes of the scientific connotation decoction pieces before and after the processed,especially.In order to further improve the quality evaluation system of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and charred Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction pieces,to evaluate the specificity of raw and processed decoction pieces,and to ensure the quality of decoction pieces to improve the clinical curative effect,this paper choose Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and charred Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction pieces as the research object to start Standard decoction pieces preparation technology study.Method According to the standard collection and processing methods to collected raw materials and entrust companies with GMP certification according to the standardized technology to product Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and charred Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction pieces and candidates standard decoction pieces,through the systematic study of the quality attributes of the candidate standard decoction pieces,we established the technical specifications for the collected and processed of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex raw materials,the processing of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and charred Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction pieces,the attributes identification of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and charred Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex candidates standard decoction pieces.At the same time,we carry out the applicability test of the quality criteria of candidate standard decoction pieces by using the standardized production enterprise’s decoction pieces products.In addition,the objective of the color quantitative analysis of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and charred Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction pieces with the Color colorimeter,we also studied the correlation between the color and the main chemical components of specific quality of charred Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction pieces with the two chemical components as indexes.The single component simulation experiment was carried out to analyze the conversion of the main component berberine of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex at different degrees of charred,and reveal the variation rules of the main chemical components of the Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex before and after charred.In addition,the color analysis technology of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and charred Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction pieces was first used in this thesis to provide a scientific basis for objective quantification of process parameters of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and charred Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex decoction pieces.
