Experience In Prescription Research Of Professor Liu Chunli’s Treatment For Hypomenorrhea Based On Data Mining

Research Purposes:Analysis of Professor Liu Chunli’s experience in the treatment of menorrhagia,taking the prescription data of treating female menstruation as the research sample,using the data mining method to analyze the data of prescription drugs and so on.Through this study,we hope this study will help to grasp the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of menorrhagia and provide a reference for the treatment of menstrual insufficiency in clinical medicine.Research Methods:From December 2016 to November 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor Liu Chunli 312 cases of menorrhagia were selected.And the use of modern computer technology,the establishment of TCM gynecology expert Liu Chunli treatment of hypomenorrhea drug database,which is based on Chinese medicine theory,analysis of the drug laws.The data were extracted and analyzed from the aspects of age,season,meridian,five flavors,classification and prescription taste.Research Results:1.In 312 patients with menorrhagia,the lowest was 20 and the highest was 40.The age of onset was mainly in the age of 30 to 34 years old,accounting for 29.167.2.The distribution of patient visits was statistically analyzed.The distribution of visits in spring,summer,autumn and winter was as follows: 107 People in spring,accounting for 34.294 percent;79 Person-times in summer,accounting for 25.321;79 Times in autumn,25.321%;there were 47 person-times in winter,accounting for 15.064%.3.Professor Liu Chunli treatment of 312 cases of menstruation less medication total:100Flavors.The sum of the frequency of Chinese medicine: 4438.The top 10 prescriptions were: The frequency of Angelica sinensis is 303(Frequency 6.827%),the ground frequency is 278.(Frequency 6.264%),the frequency of dodder is 278(Frequency 6.264%),the frequency of yam is 276(Frequency 6.219%),the frequency of Atractylodes macrocephala is 243(Frequency is 5.475%),the frequency of Ligusticum chuanxiong is 235(Frequency 5.295%),the frequency is 235(Frequency 5.295%),the frequency of dipsacus is 215(Frequency is 4.844%),the frequency of yellow essence is165(Frequency 3.718%),the frequency of Eucommia ulmoides is 164(Frequency is3.695%)。4.The frequency categories of drugs used during menstruation are as follows: Tonic medicine> Blood circulation drugs> drugs for regulating QI flow> heat-clearing drug >diuretics for eliminating dampness > astringent medicinal > hemostatics > drugs for relieving exterior syndrome > tranquilizing spirit drug > eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and relieving asthma drug > dispelling rheumatism medicine > diarrhea medicine > antifood drug > dehumidifying medicine > warming medicine.5.The most frequently used drugs is warming drugs,accounting for 54.214%,followed by drugs of neutral nature.(26.836%)Then the cold-cool medicine(18.950%)。6.Medicinal taste frequency:Sweet taste medicine(47.932%)Amara(24.385%),Acrid medicine(18.947%)Sour medicine(3.670%),bland flavour medicine(2.380%)Saltymedicine(1.675%)And astringent drugs(1.011%)。7.Frequency sequence of drug meridian:Liver meridian(25.976%)Spleen Meridian(21.226%)Kidney meridian(20.037%)Lung meridian(9.836%)Heart Meridian(8.550%)Stomach meridian(5.854%)Gallbladder meridian(2.754%)Pericardial Meridian(2.255%)San Jiao meridian(2.255%),The drugs used in large intestine meridian,bladder meridian and small intestine meridian were less than 1%.Conclusion:Through the way of data mining,professor Liu Chunli,the first affiliated hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine,analyzed and studied the prescription of treating menorrhagia.This study showed that the age group of 30 to 34 years of age with menorrhagia is the highest,and the maximum number of visits in spring is 107,accounting for 34.294%.Menorrhagia type of drugs to tonify deficiency mainly,the proportion of 58.382,in terms of the four Qi medicine to warm the main medicine,accounting for 54.214.The results of the five flavor statistics showed that sweet flavor medicine ranked first.The proportion was 47.932,and the menstrual overdose was mainly used in the liver,spleen and kidney meridians.
