Effect Of Chesting Decotion On Hs-CRP,NT-proBNP And Fibrinogen In Patientswith Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Qi Deficiencyand Coronary Heart Disease And Its Clinical Efficacy

Objective:To observe the effect of chest impediment decoction on patients,who have unstable angina pectoris and coronary heart disease,and its effects on hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP and fibrinogen.Methods:Selecting the total of 60 inpatients who have unstable angina pectoris and coronary heart disease.It is randomly divided into two groups:30 inpatients in the contrast group and 30 in the research group.The contrast group were treated with conventional western medicine traetment.the research group were given extra chest impediment on the base of rountine western medicine treatment.To compare the changes of hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP and fibrinogen before and after treatment.Results:1.After the treatment,the ECG of the two groups were improved,the effective rate of the research group was 90%,and the effective rate of the contrast group was66.67%.2.After the treatment,the rate of nitroglycerin was 93.33% in the research group and66.67% in the contrast group.The research group was superior to the contrast group.3.After the treatment,the improvement of angina pectoris symptoms rate was96.67% in the research group and 73.33% in the contrast group.The research group was superior to the contrast group.4.After the treatment,the TCM symptom score of two groups were lower than before.The rate was 93.33% in the research group and 70% in the contrast group.The research group was superior to the contrast group.5.The serum hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP and fibrinogen in the two groups were decreased after the treatment,and the decrease of the research group was more obvious than the contrast group.6.The serum CK,CK-MB and c Tn I in the two groups were decreased after the treatment,and the decrease of the research group was more obvious than the contrast group.7.The TC and TG in the two groups were lower than before.And the research group was significantly lower than the contrast group;The HDL-C in the two groups were higher than before and the research group was higher than the other group;The LDL-C of the two groups were reduced,and the research group was more obvious.Conclusion:1.Chest impediment decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,especially for chest tightness,shortness of breath,chest pain and other TCM syndromes,The research group was superior to the contrast group.2.Chest impediment decoction can improve the inpatient’s resting ECG,the reduction rate of nitroglycerin and balance the lipid level,which is an effective method to treat unstable angina pectoris.
