Clinical Application Of Pearl Powder Combined With Zinc Oxide In The Treatment Of Incontinence-associated Dermatitis

Objective The project intends to use traditional Chinese medicine "pearl powder" combined with Western medicine "zinc oxide" treatment of incontinenceassociated dermatitis.Through the study of pearl powder group,zinc oxid e group and combination therapy group,the improvement of dermatitis and the healing time were observed,and the curative effect was compared.The aim of this study was to explore the clinical effect of pearl powder com bined with zinc oxide in the treatment of Incontinence-associated dermati tis,to determine the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Incontinence-associated dermatitis,to promote the developme nt of Incontinence-associated dermatitis by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine and improve the nursing quality of incontinence pat ients.Methods A total of 90 patients with Incontinence-associated dermatitis were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to August 2017.The subjects were randomly divided into three groups: A,B and C.Group A was 30 cases.Among them,group A was the control group,pearl powder treatment group,group B as control group,zinc oxide treatment group,group C treatment group,pearl powder combined with zinc oxide treatment group.By comparing the age,sex,state of consciousness,incontinence type and IAD severity of the three groups,P > 0.05 was comparable.At the same time,there were no significant differences in the extent of erythrocytosis,the degree of itching,the amount of exudation,the size of skin lesions and the level of skin temperature.Each group of patients were treated in strict accordance with the pre-set program,the observation time was 9 days,and before treatment,the first 3 days after treatment,6 days,9 days detailed records of each group after treatment between the groups Incontinence-associated dermatitis swelling range,degree of itching,exudation,skin lesion size,skin temperature indicators,comparing the regression time of each group of lesions,statistical analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the changes in the indicators,summed up the three groups of patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis Treatment effect(cure,effective,effective,invalid).All the data obtained from the study were analyzed by SPSS22.0,and finally the conclusion was drawn.Results After 3 days of treatment,the degree of dermatitis was reduced,the degree of itching was reduced,the size of skin lesions was reduced,and the decrease of skin temperature was faster than that of group B and control group B(P <0.05).The difference was statistically significant The treatment effect of group C and control group A and control group B was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant Range,skin temperature decreased treatment effect,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.In the treatment group,the degree of exudation was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group C group skin lesions regression time faster than the control group A and control group B Group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In the treatment group,25 patients were cured,5 cases were markedly ineffective and 0 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 100%.Among them,16 cases were cured in group A,11 cases were ineffective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90% B group cured 15 cases,markedly effective in 13 cases,2 cases,the total effective rate was 93%.The overall clinical curative effect of group C was significantly better than that of control group A and group B in control group.Conclusion Pearl powder combined with zinc oxide than the use of pearl powder or zinc oxide can be more quickly and effectively treat incontinence-associated dermatitis,and can continue to control the degree of itching and repair lesions,which is detoxification of pearl powder,control of exudate and zinc oxide The protection of the skin on the common role of isolation,reflecting the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,Jane,then,efficiency,the advantages of cheap.
