ObjectiveTo understand the proportion of children with Chlamydia trachomatis pneumonia who had undergone caesarean section and spontaneous delivery in our hospital;Compared to the birth, cesarean section of Chlamydia trachomatis pneumonia onset age, peripheral white blood cell count, liver enzymes,Chlamydia trachomatis titer and chest inflammation score,to analysis the effect of different delivery modes for Chlamydia trachomatis pneumonia in infants.Methods344 cases of Chlamydia pneumonia were selected from February 2015 to February 2017 in the hospital treatment of children’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University, calculating the proportion of cesarean delivery and spontaneous delivery of these two different delivery methods.According to different delivery methods, the subjects were divided into the spontaneous delivery group(266 cases)and the cesarean section group(78 cases),the clinical data were analyzed and compared.Results1.The average age of 344 cases of Chlamydia trachomatis pneumonia was 53.08139.53 days;344 cases of spontaneous delivery were 266 cases, accounting for 77.3%;78 cases were cesarean section, accounting for 22.7%of them.2.To compare the delivery group and the cesarean section group of children with gender and age,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the titer of Chlamydia trachomatis in children with respiratory secretions in the birth group than cesarean section group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);white blood cell count in peripheral blood in children with birth group was higher than that of control delivery group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of birth, cesarean section of the two groups of children serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),found that there were no significant differences(P>0.05);comparison of birth group and cesarean section group admission chest X-ray score, discharge X-ray score and the score difference, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Chlamydia trachomatis pneumonia is more common in infants younger than 3 months old,and spontaneous labor and cesarean section babies can be infected with Chlamydia trachomatis.Chlamydia trachomatis pneumonia is more common in children with spontaneous delivery than in cesarean section.2.The CT titer and peripheral blood leukocyte count in children with spontaneous delivery were higher than those in cesarean section.3.The age of onset, liver enzyme, pulmonary inflammation and pneumonia absorption were not different in the cases of spontaneous delivery and cesarean section.
