Design And Implementation Of Dental CT Console And Post-Processing Software

Mouth is an important part of the body and its health problems is getting more and more attention.Dental CT is an indispensable imaging equipment in the process of oral treatment.However,now Dental CT’s development and market expansion have some limitations.Based on this background,this research designs and implements a set of Dental CT console and post-processing software.First of all,the article makes an introduction of Dental CT working principle,standard of medical images and image display principle,and then determines development software and platform.We make a contrast analysis of the existing open source medical image display software and select Dimviewerl.4 medical special skull bone 3D browser as the development platform of the research.And then we continue to use wxWidgets and OSG of the platform.Second,the article makes a demand analysis of the Dental CT software systems.On the basis of visiting several dental clinic,observing and asking the using process of Dental CT,we design a set of Dental CT software system demand model.The demand model has four parts,including patient management,scanning control,image processing and image display.Then,the article makes a detailed design of Dental CT software system.According to Dental CT software requirements analysis,this part explains the software system framework and detailed design of the four function modules,mainly showing detailed design tasks,achieving goals and specific function designs of each module.Finally,the article makes an implementation of Dental CT software system.Since the software system is too complicated and large,the article only introduces the important functions and methods.Patient management module focuses on patient management,data transfer function and patient list database implementation method;Scanning control module focuses on the implementation of scanning parameters set system and scanning mode selection function;Image processing module focuses on getting correction factor system,image reconstruction system and the realization method of the DICOM conversion function;Image display post-processing module focuses on the design and implementation method of dental arch curve fitting and panoramic view display.This research not only enriches theory achievement of Dental CT software system,but also develops dental CT products market prospect,providing a powerful guarantee for the development of oral health care field.
