Research On The Chemical Constituents From Dichloromethane Extraction Of The Ethyl Alcohol Extractive Of Dracocephalum Peregrinum Linn.

Dracocephalum peregrinum Linn.is one species of Genus Labiatae from Drcocephalum family.It is widely distributed in the area of 1400-2500 meters above sea level.In Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Dracocephalum plants used as natural medicine has a long history among the people,Dracocephalum moldavica can cure the common cold,Dracocephalum bipinnatum Rupr.used as medicine for treatment of liver diseases,the leaves of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance have efficacious against promoting digestion and relieving stasis.Thus it is very important to research the chemical constituents.Though Dracocephalum peregrinum Linn.is a kind of Labiatae medical plant of Dracocephalum family,the details chemical study about this species is very few.We have taken a systematical study on chemical constituents of Dracocephalum peregrinum Linn.on the basic of summarizing its progress of chemical constituents and biological activity,and extracted,isolated and structured its constituents.Through 70% EtOH extract with warming compression of Dracocephalum peregrinum Linn.,extracting and purifying its dichloromethane extraction with polyamide column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,preparative thin layer chromatography(PTLC),re-crystallization,10 constituents were finally isolated and identified.According to analyze its basic physical and chemical property,Co-TLC,study its spectral and comparison with literature data,authenticate these 10 constituents are n-Butyl acetate(1),n-Docosane(2),Diosmetin(3),Quercetin(4),Isouercitrin(5),Betulin(6),Lupeol(7),Betulinic acid(8),β-Sitosterol(9)and Daucosterol(10).
