Expression And Significance Of P16 In Triple-negative Breast Cancer

Objectives: To detect the expression of p16 in TNBC and non-TNBC,To compare the expression levels of p16,p53 andKi-67 in TNBC and non-TNBC and their clinicopathological parameters,To analyze the role of p16 in TNBC and its association with clinicopathology.Methods: Collected from Hunan Province People’s Hospital from January 2014 to 2017 menstrual pathology diagnosis of TNBC 35 cases,non-TNBC 59 cases.The expression of p16,Ki67 and p53 in TNBC and non-TNBC were detected by immunohistochemical method.The expression of p16,Ki67 and p53 in TNBC and non-TNBC were detected by EliVision super method.Combined with clinical,pathological parameters,analysis of the relationship between the three and its expression in TNBC and significance.Results : 1.The positive rate of p16 expression was 74.3% in 35 patients with TNBC and 50.8% in 59 non-TNBC patients.The positive expression rate of p16 in TNBC was significantly higher than that in non-TNBC.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The expression of p16 in 35 patients with TNBC was correlated with their menopause,histological grade and tumor size,the differencewas statistically significant(P < 0.05).but there was no significant difference between age,lymph node metastasis,pathologic type,clinical stage,recurrence and metastasis,metastasis and metastasis.(P > 0.05)3.The expression of p16 in 35 cases of TNBC and 59 cases of non-TNBC was significantly different(P <0.05).4.There were no significant differences in the expression intensity of p16 between 35 patients with Basal-like type,20 cases of Her-2 type,19 cases of Luminal-A type and 20 cases of Luminal-B type breast cancer,the difference was not statistically significant.(P > 0.05).5.When p53 was negative,the expression of p16 andKi-67 in TNBC was positively correlated(r= 0.813,P < 0.05).When p53 was positive,the expression of p16 andKi-67 in TNBC was not correlated(P > 0.05).The expression of p16 andKi-67 was not correlated in non-TNBC,regardless of p53 negative or positive(P > 0.05).6.There were no significant differences between the two groups in the survival status of p16 positive expression group and negative expression group in 35 cases of TNBC,The difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusions1.The positive rate of p16 expression in TNBC was significantly higher than that in non-TNBC,and the expression intensity of p16 was different.2.TNBC p16 positive expression rate,no menopause patients than menopausal patients have high,Patients with low histological grade were higher than those with high grade;TNBC and non-TNBC p16 positive expression rate,mass> 2cm patients were ≤ 2cm high.3.When p53 was negative,the expression level of p16 and Ki-67 in TNBC was positively correlated.
