Objective:To study the chemical components of the ethyl acetateextract of Cardiospermum halicacabum and provide substantial fundation for further research and utilization.Methods:Alcoholic extract obtained from the dried herb of Cardiosp-ermum halicacabum was divided into four portions with the solvent of petrol-eum ether,ethyl acetate,n-Butyl alcohol and water.By The animal in vivomethods,the effective fraction was determined by anti-T2DM effect.Theextacts of ethyl acetate and n-Butyl alcohol were seperated and purified by Silica gel,MCI gel,Sephadex LH-20,recrystallization et al.The tructures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectrum analysis,such as MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT,HMBC,HMQC.Results:13compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate and n-Butyl alcohol fraction from Cardiospermum halicacabum,And 13compounds were identified as:β-sitosterol(1),Calycosin(2),Chrysoeriol(3),Pigenin(4),β-daucosterol(5),Taraxerol(6),Chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucuronide methyl este(7),Chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucuronide butyl ester(8),Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuro-nide methyl este(9),Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide butyl ester(10),Rutin(11),Kaempferol(12),Quercetin(13).Conclusion:7,8 are new compound,compounds,9,10 are isolated from Cardiospermum halicacabum for the first time.A series of new polycyclic meroterpenoids were found by this study,and it is a complementarity of Cardiospermum halicacabum which provieded the scientific fundation to pharmacological research and quality control. |
