Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla medicinal value is high,And polyphenols is one of the main active ingredient.Based on the Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla bark for material,Its active ingredients has been qualitativly analyzed.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experient optimize the giant eucalyptus skin polyphenol extraction process within ultrasonic assisted.At the same time,we have taked anti-oxidation test and anti-tumor test respectively from the Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla bark extraction.On this basis,the ethyl acetate extract has been purificatied,we also have a-glucosidase inhibitory activity test.Finally the structure of the 5 components has been identified.The above studies can provide some theoretical basis for application and exploration of the Eucalyptus grandis ×urophylla bark and some theory for the functional study of the Eucalyptus grandis×urophylla bark candidum polysaccharide.The main contents and results are shown as follows:1.We detected the chemical composition from the Eucalyptus bark by qualitative test.The result indicate that the bark contains carbohydrates,saponins,polyphenols,amino acid protein,coumarin,steroid,cardiac glycosides,anthraquinones,organic acids and flavonoids and so on,not the alkaloid.2.The plant polyphenols of eucalyptus bark was extrated by the ultrasonic method with ethanol as solvent and investigate the effect of ethanol concentration,temperature,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time.The orthogonal optimum extraction process was 60%ethanol concentration,at the temperature of 60 ℃ solid-liquid ratio 1:12,extraction time 50min,the yield of polyphenols was 5.62%.3.The biological activity of extraction from Eucalyptus grandis urophylla bark was researched.We have anti-oxidant and anti-tumor test respectively by the extraction from the eucalyptus bark.The result showed that the ethyl acetate extract have the best physiological activity of anti-oxidant and anti-tumor.7 components was isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate extract,we also have a-glucosidase inhibitory activity test,it indicate that NO.5 is best which control the relative activity of a-gluco-sidase is 7.88%.4.7 products are obtained by PREP chromatography with the eluant of n-hexane,water,0.1%tfa and acetonitrile from the ethyl acetate extract.Using ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV),liquid chromatography-massspectrometry(LC-MS)to analyze the structure of NO.5.The results showed that it contain isorhamnetin.
