| ObjectiveThrough the application of optical density measurement in the professional image processing software IPP6.0,the knee joint cartilage was measured, and the early diagnosis and risk assessment of knee osteoarthritis was achieved by quantitative analysis of bone mineral density.MethodFrom January 2013 to June 2014,152 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as the research object, and 50 cases as the control group.Age groups were grouped according to age and gender, age of 40 years,40-49 years,50-59 years and 60 years of age, gender, male and female. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of the 2007 edition of osteoarthritis of the knee. All patients were taken from the conventional stress level, and the positive potential was taken as the DR,and the PACS was adjusted according to the fixed ionization type.Using optical density measurement method in the image processing software, the optical density of each image of the medial tibial condyle, condyle and lateral condyle of the tibia was measured. Each image can be obtained from three optical density values, and the average value is obtained. The confidence interval of the optical density value is obtained by measuring the confidence interval of normal knee joint. The effect of age, gender and other factors on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is predicted.Result1.152 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in the medial condyle of the tibia, and the lateral condyle of the tibial eminence and the 1.0cm of the optical density of 50 cases of healthy control group were significantly different,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2 in the age group of patients with different groups of patients in the medial condyle of the tibia, the medial condyle of the tibial eminence and the lateral condyle 1.0cm optical density values showed that, with the increase of the patient’s age,the third optical density values showed a downward trend, the correlation analysis results showed that age and three light density values exist significant negative correlation,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3 in the sex group, the female three light density value was slightly lower than the male, but the statistical analysis results showed that the two groups of data is no significant difference,P>0.05,not statistically significant.Three in the healthy control group and 152 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients,4 cases of the threshold value of optical density were divided, and the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis by optical density value was 109,the diagnosis rate was 71.71%.ConclusionThere were significant differences in the optical density between the medial condyle of the knee, the medial condyle of the tibia and the 1.0cm of the lateral condyle; With the increase of age,the optical density of the knee joint was decreased, but the gender had no effect on the optical density; The quantitative diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis by setting the threshold of knee joint optical density can be used for quantitative diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis, and the positive rate is higher, which has clinical application and popularization value. |
