| [Objective]:vitamin A(retinoic acid)for mycoplasmal pneumonia in children and mycoplasma pneumonia recovery T,childhood immune function of B cell subsets effect.[Methods]:to detect 20 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia and the recovery period and 10 mycoplasma pneumonia(>6 months)control;Determination of the experimental group and the control group of T cell subsets by flow cytometry(CD3+CD8+,CD4/CD8,CD4+CD25+,Treg,CD3+)and B cell subsets(CD3-CD19+);statistics using statistical analysis software SPSS7.0.[results]:Mycoplasma pneumonia plus vitamin A(retinoic acid)group of T cell subsets of CD4/CD8,CD4+CD25+ Treg,CD3+ percentage was higher than that of mycoplasma pneumonia without vitamin A group(P<0.05),CD3+CD8+(t=0.04,P>0.05)has no statistical significance.Mycoplasma pneumonia plus vitamin A(retinoic acid)the percentage of T cell subsets in CD3+ group than in the control group(P<0.05),CD4+CD25+,Treg,CD3+CD8+,CD4/CD8(t=0.04,P>0.05)has no statistical significance.Without vitamin A group Mycoplasma;mycoplasma pneumonia plus vitamin A(retinoic acid)group of B cell subsets of CD3-CD 19+ percentage was higher than that of mycoplasma pneumonia without vitamin A group(P<0.05);mycoplasma pneumonia plus vitamin A(retinoic acid)group of B cell subsets of CD3-CD19+ high percentage in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]:vitamin A(retinoic acid)on MP pneumonia in children and MP recovery of pneumonia in children(>6 months)effects of B,T cell subsets in different.For vitamin A,T cell subsets(retinoic acid)on MP pneumonia infection in children enhance cellular immunity significantly,while the MP recovery of pneumonia in children did not change significantly;while in B cell subsets in vitamin A(retinoic acid)on MP pneumonia infection in children with pneumonia and MP recovery period of children all have effect,vitamin A on MP pneumonia patients in their recovery effect more obvious. |
