| Pulmonary Hypertension(PH),as a potentially fatal disease, has been gradually known by clinicians.Acute Vasoreactivity Testing(AVT)has been defined as effective drug by applying the right cardiac catheterization techniques,on the one hand, testing for short periods of time,on the other hand, investigating whether the pulmonary and systemic blood pressure affected by drugs. In clinical routine,we need to distinguish between pulmonary hypertension diseases, choose accurate treatment plan and measure the development of disease. All of the above can rely on AVT.Guidelines recommend that AVT is mainly applicable to patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension(PAH).In recent years, the findings of the research on other types of pulmonary arterial hypertension have also published.AVT positive patients can benefit from calcium antagonist treatment, but the effective length of time is different. At present, there is still no agreement on the application of AVT,including the selection of the best drugs, the diagnostic criteria of and the value of the AVT in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with pulmonary hypertension. In this medical article, the research progress of AVT in pulmonary hypertension is reviewed. |
