Part Ⅰ:Clinical analysis between rosarylike internal watershed cerebralinfarction and the degree of stenosis of internal carotid artery and middle cerebral arteryObjective To investigate the correlation between rosarylike internal watershed cerebral infarction(IWI)and the degree of stenosis of internal carotid artery(ICA)and middle cerebral artery(MCA).Methods We diagnosed 49 small rosarylike IWI patients by diffusion-weighted imaging with 24 hours of symptoms onset. To investigate the correlation between rosarylike IWI and the degree of stenosis of ICA and MCA.Results There is a statistical significance between patients with MCA disease which the degree of artery stenosis is occlusion and patients with ICA disease. Conclusion Rosarylike IWI is one of effective predictive factors for patients with ICA/MCA occlusion.Part Ⅱ:Analysis of risk factors in progressive cerebral watershed infarctionObjective To explore the risk factors of progressive cerebral watershed infarction(CWI).Methods The worsen group(26 cases)and the control group(70 cases)were retrospectively.Logistic regression analysis was employed to find out the risk factors of CWI.Results Compared to the control group, the proportions of unstable plaque, repidly antihypertensive therapy and the levels of fibrinogen,d-dimer were significantly higher in the worsen group(all P<0.05).The multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the important risk factors were unstable plaque(P=0.045),repidly antihypertensive therapy(P=0.030),fibrinogen(P=0.003),d-dimer(P=0.012).Concusions The important risk factors of progressive CWI are unstable plaque, repidly antihypertensive therapy, high levels of fibrinogen and d-dimer.Part Ⅲ: Value of magnetic resonance angiography and digitalsubtraction angiography in evulation of vascular stenosis in patients with different imaging features of cerebral watershed infarctionObjective To study the value of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in evulation of vascular stenosis in patients with different imaging features of cerebral watershed infarction. Methods The clinical and imaging date of 65 patients with cerebral watershed infarction from January 2013 to October 2015 in the PLA of 105 hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Comparative analysis of MRA and DSA for vascular stenosis diagnosis and the advantages and disadvantages of MRA and DSA in these cases were compared. Results MRA and DSA showed no differences in evalution of mild and moderate vascular stenosis(P=0.000;P=0.005),showed significant differences in evalution of severe vascular stenosis and occlusion(P=0.867;P=0.372),show no significant differences in evalution of distributing of vascular lesion, show no significant differences in evalution of vascular stenosis diagnosis with the rosarylike and the symphic(P=0.187;P=0.235),show significant differences in evalution of vascular stenosis diagnosis with the focal(P=0.005).Conclusion MRA is an effective method to diagnose severe vascular stenosis, occlusion, the rosarylike and the symphic cerebral watershed infarction, but DSA is still “gold standard”for diagnose plaque、character of atherosclerotic plaques and so on.
