| Objective:The relationship between serum progesterone P level and clinical pregnancy result was analyzed on the time of human Chorionic Gonadotropin(HCG)injection by reviewing the first IVF-ET patients received in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer therapy(IVF-ET),and analyzed the connection between serum progesterone P level on the time of injection of human Chorionic Gonadotropin(HCG).So as to explore the way to improve the clinical pregnancy rate.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 1436 infertile patients who were treated in our center from January 2015 to March 2017,including: first,according to the inclusion criteria,selected for the first time under 40 years of age,received routine ivf-et treatment.The data of patients without PCOS or uterine malformation were collected according to the general data and pregnancy outcome.The serum p levels on the day of hcg injection were divided into 3 groups according to different truncation values.Each group was divided into low progesterone group and high progesterone group.The appropriate statistical method was selected to analyze the relationship between serum p level and clinical pregnancy outcome on the day of hcg injection.Results:When using 1.0ng/ml,1.5ng/ml,2.0ng/ml as the cutoff value,the clinical pregnancy rate of high progesterone group were lower than the corresponding low progesterone group,there were significant differences between(P<0.05),the rate of high quality embryo progesterone group higher than the corresponding low progesterone group,but no significant difference between(P>0.05),high progesterone group fertilization rate lower than the corresponding low progesterone group,but the difference between no statistical significance(P>0.05)Conclusion:The increase of serum p level on the day of hcg injection decreased the clinical pregnancy rate,but had no significant effect on fertilization rate and high quality embryo rate.In clinic,we can monitor the serum p level dynamically,grasp the timing of hcg injection reasonably,and combine E2 level to improve pregnancy rate more effectively.Since the level of p is related to the number of follicles,we can reduce the dose or time of gn to prevent the development of too many follicles,so that the ideal number of eggs can be obtained,so that the level of serum p is not too high. |
