Objective:To investigate the correlation between CRP,serum ferritin(SF)and nutritional status in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)without dialysis. Methods:Collecting 91 cases of diabetic nephropathy, which from the first hospital of shanxi medical university in January 2017-December 2017 renal medicine, endocrine outpatient and the inpatient treatment,91 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients without dialysis treatment for experimental group, according to the clinical stage for type2 diabetic nephropathy group 27 cases of early, mid late 29 cases,35 cases,32 cases as control group, type 2 diabetes mellitus respectively to measure the micro-inflammation state index CRP,SF,and nutrition index hemoglobin(Hb),serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PreALB),body mass index(BMI),triceps skinfold(TSF),analysis of micro inflammation state and nutritional status of the relationship between indicators. Results:Compared with control group, experimental group early, middle and late of CRP and DN patients SF levels were significantly elevated, statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the experimental group patients groups differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),with the progress of the disease, the levels of CRP and DN patients SF increased;Compared with control group, the nutritional status of thepatients with DN index of Hb,TC,TG,propagated,PreALB,BMI,TSF are lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the comparison between the experimental group patients groups differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),with the progress of the disease, patients with DN nutritional status is more and more poor;Correlation analysis showed that the CRP and SF levels in the experimental group were negatively correlated with Hb,TC,TG,ALB,PreALB,BMI and TSF(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increase of CRP and SF in diabetic nephropathy patients indicates the existence of micro-inflammatory state.CRP and SF can promote the occurrence of malnutrition, then promote the progress of DN disease, affect the patient’s quality of life and life,in clinical work,we should attach great importance to and give an early intervention, slow disease progression.
