| Objectives Take Baoding as an example,to investigation and study on the medical needs and nursing needs and satisfaction of the elderly in Baoding aged nursing institutions,to understand the overall number of aged nursing institutions in Baoding,medical licensing,facilities,staffing situation,and cooperation between aged nursing institutions and medical institutions,to analysis the supply and demand,to sum up the problems and difficulties faced by Medical-Nursing Combined Istitutional Care Mode,and puts forward some scientific and feasible suggestions and countermeasures.Methods This research adopts the research method of combining quantitative research with qualitative research,designed and compiled the questionnaire by oneself,a random sampling method was used to investigate 362 elderly residents in 13 aged nursing institutions in Baoding city.At the same time,the semi structured interview method was used to interview the head of the pension institution.The data is analyzed with SPSS22.0 data analysis software,and the demand and supply condition was described and analyzed with percentage.Results Data showed that among the chronic diseases of the elderly in aged nursing institutions in Baoding,the top three were hypertension(50.55%),diabetes(33.98%)and heart disease(26.24%).In the daily care needs,the elderly had the strongest demand for ‘nursing assisting bed chair / bed and bed transfer'(45.58%),and the demand for ‘nurses to help eat' was the weakest(8.01%);in the medical care needs of the elderly,‘nursing staff of regular blood pressure measurement "is the highest,was 55.52%;in the psychological demand,up to 95.58% of the people expressed the hope that the children came to visit,and the satisfaction of this decreased,was 74.27%;in addition,the elderly to demand high cultural entertainment,was 74.59%,but for the pension agency culture and entertainment service satisfaction is only 45.93%.In the survey found that supply of aged nursing institutions,13 aged nursing institutions in Baoding surveyed,get medical business license is only 3(23.08%),in the construction of hardware facilities,equipped with the highest rate of ‘outdoor activities'(46.15%),the lowest is ‘fitness facilities'(23.08%);in medical and health services,53.84% of the aged nursing institutions can provide a ‘routine physical examination ' and ‘health advisory service',38.46% can provide ‘medical diagnosis',and can provide ‘rehabilitation therapy' and ‘deathbed care' institutions at least,accounted for only 30.76%.Conclusions At present,there are many problems in Baoding's aged care institutions,such as government multiparty management,low participation in Medical-Nursing Combined aged nursing institutions,sharp contradiction between supply and demand of pension beds,low degree of standardization of aged nursing institutions,and serious shortage of staffing.Specific recommendations and measures in this study are given administrative coordination,the responsibility of the government,cooperation between medical institutions and aged nursing institutions,payment ability of aged,institutional access mechanism and talent team construction and so on.Baoding needs more exploration and efforts to find a suitable Medical-Nursing Combined Istitutional Care Mode,relieve the pressure of pension and solve social problems. |
