Treatment Of Children With Hot Asthma With Qingredingchuan Decoction Clinical Observations

Objective:Pediatric asthma is characterized by complicated etiology and pathogenesis and diverse clinical symptoms.In this study,the clinical effect of Qingredingchuan Decoction on children’s hot asthma was evaluated through various indexes after treatment of children with asthma,and the clinical data were provided for further experimental research.Methods:The cases collected in this study were from children in the traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic of Baoding City Maternal and Child Health Care Institute from September2015 to September 2016.The selected cases accorded with the diagnostic criteria of pediatric febrile asthma and the inclusion criteria of clinical observation.Children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 34 cases in each group.The two groups of patients should first be given corresponding standard treatment according to their condition.The control group was given Terbutaline sulphate solution for nebulization（2ml/branch x 20branch,Astra ZenecaAB）half,and Budesonide suspension for inhalation（2ml/branch x 30,AstraZeneca Pty Ltd）1 branches,atomization machine nebulization and inhalation treatment,according to the condition daily 2 times.On this basis,the treatment group was given Qingredingchuan decoction,Chinese medicine daily one dose,divided into early evening.Two warm suits,for 5 days.To observe the changes of TCM symptoms,signs and lung function before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.1%,higher than that of the control group,which was 70.5%.After treatment,the symptom score and lung function of the two groups decreased significantly.The symptom scores of the treatment group（2.67±4.38）were compared with the control group（6.20±6.21）,and the two groups of lung function indexes were compared in the treatment group[The treatment group:FEV₁（L）（3.87±0.13）、PEF（L/S）（4.98±0.87）、VC（L）（3.58±0.92）、FEV₁/FVC（﹪）（98.1±6.37）,The control group:FEV₁（L）（2.42±0.16）、PEF（L/S）（3.96±0.72）、VC（L）（2.73±0.59）、FEV₁/FVC（﹪）（80.4±10.3）],and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）。Conclusion:The treatment group can improve the clinical efficacy and symptoms of children with thermal asthma more effectively.The symptoms,signs and lung function of the children were better than those of the control group.
