| Objective:In this study, chronic stable angina patients were chosen as the research object.By designing randomized controlled trials,we explored the clinical efficacy and safety of Tai Chi exercise intervention in the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris, thus provide a reliable practice basis for the application and popularisation of Tai Chi exercise in coronary heart disease community rehabilitation.Method:The subjects who met the inclusion criteria were divided into Tai Chi group and control group by random number table. Both groups used the same basic treatment(health education, basic medicine treatment).Tai Chi Group was supplemented by Tai Chi exercise prescription(professional guidance Tai Chi exercise,3 times a week for1 hour each for 12 weeks)while control group supplemented by the walking exercise prescription.0 week into the group, after treatment(12 weeks into the group)and follow-up period(24 weeks into the group)were evaluated once each. Each patient recorded angina diary. The main indicator was the attack frequency of angina pectoris in 4 weeks, while the secondary indicators were pain intensity score(VAS score),six-minute walk test, the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)score, nitroglycerin dosage and the incidence of adverse reactions and cardiovascular events.Results:1.Baseline comparison: The trial recruited 98 patients who met the inclusion criteria, excluding the loss and eliminate ones,90 cases were included in the analysis, including 46 cases in Tai Chi group and 44 cases in control group. The trial was completed in good condition, and the two groups of patients in age, gender, body mass index(BMI),educational level, the basic condition and so on are balanced and comparable.2.For Tai Chi group, compared with baseline, the differences in the attackfrequency of angina pectoris,VAS score,six-minute walk test,5 dimensions of SAQ and nitroglycerin dosage after 12 weeks and 24 weeks all had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.For control group, compared with baseline, the differences in the attack frequency of angina pectoris,six-minute walk test,5 dimensions of SAQ and nitroglycerin dosage after 12 weeks and 24 weeks all had statistical significance(P<0.05)while the differences in VAS score had no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.The differences between the two groups in the attack frequency of angina pectoris,VAS score,six-minute walk test,5 dimensions of SAQ and nitroglycerin dosage after 12 weeks and 24 weeks all had statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Safety assessment: both groups completed the trial well,no adverse reaction and cardiovascular event appeared during the trial.Conclusion:1.On the basis of routine basic medical treatment,Tai Chi exercise intervention in the treatment of chronic stable angina can better improve the clinical symptoms of angina in patients compared with walking exercise.2.Tai Chi exercise prescription is a safe and effective means of prevention and treatment of chronic stable angina,it is recommended to be popularized among middle-aged and elderly patients. |
