EMT is a key process in the development of tumors.Invasion and metastasis of tumors are generally considered to be accompanied by the EMT processes.In-depth study of EMT mechanism is the key to further understanding of tumorigenesis. This paper mainly includes the following two studies:The SIX1 gene is over-expressed in a variety of tumors and plays important roles in EMT.we searched for SIX1 interaction parterners and confirmed that SIX1 binds to SMAD2/3 in cervical cancer cells, but failed to detect SIX1’s binding to SKI or Sno N in either cervical or prostate cancer cells. We investigated the effect of 2-(1’H-indole-3’-carbonyl)-thiazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester ITE on the development of gliomas, and the invasiveness of glioblastomas.Strong, the tumor showed diffuse invasive growth, the edge can be deep into the normal brain tissue, based on this feature, this paper studied the mouse glioma cell line GL261 inoculated in C57BL/6 mice intracranial glioma formation model. In the tumor model, the effect of ITE on inflammatory cytokines IFN-γ and tumor invasion, and the effect of ITE on the migration of GL261 cells in vitro were observed, and the migration-related protein FAK was examined.CONCLUSION: ITE promotes tumor cell proliferation but inhibits tumor cell migration in glioma cell line GL261.ITE inhibition of mouse glioma marginal invasion and increased interferon-At the level of γ,ITE inhibited migration ability in GL261 cells, but had no effect on its key protein FAK. |
