Objective : The patients were observed before and after minimally invasive treatment of lumbar JOA score and VAS score, analysis of the elderly the thickness of ligamentum flavum, numerical disc, lateral recess size, spinal canal diameter / sagittal diameter, area of the spinal canal, intervertebral height, intervertebral foramen on the relationship between the diameter and anteroposterior diameter of the imaging data and BMD minimally invasive treatment effect between the clinical application of minimally invasive technique for the treatment of elderly patients with lower lumbar disc herniation were selected to provide reference.Method:Observation from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital department of orthopedics hospital treatment group into 30 years people of patients with lumbar disc herniation were obtained, the thickness of ligamentum flavum examined by imaging, numerical disc, lateral recess size, spinal canal diameter / sagittal diameter, area of the spinal canal, intervertebral height, intervertebral foramen. The diameter and diameter of /BMD before and after the specific numerical values of each group, preoperative and postoperative VAS and JOA scores were obtained by statistical analysis,t test conclusion, and through the Spearman rank correlation analysis conclusion, analysis of elderly lumbar image correlation characteristics and minimally invasive therapy.Treatment: all patients have the same high year doctor to take MED technique to complete the operation. The hospital is equipped with the German wolf brand Richard-Wolf disc mirror system for this operation.Result :The VAS and JOA scores were analyzed before and after the operation, and P < 0.05 was found by statistical analysis of t test. The difference was statistically significant.By Spearman rank correlation analysis,it is concluded that minimally invasive technique has no correlation with the thickness of the ligamentum flavum and the size of intervertebral disc protrusion. The size of the lateral recess of the lower lumbar vertebrae, the diameter and diameter of the spinal canal, the area of the vertebral canal, the height of the intervertebral space, the diameter of the intervertebral foramen, the anteroposterior diameter and the BMD value of the lumbar vertebrae affect the curative effect of minimally invasive technique for the treatment of the elderly patients with lower lumbar disc herniation, and there is a correlation between them. Conclusion: 1.The minimally invasive technique is effective in the treatment of lower lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in the elderly, which is worthy of clinical promotion.2.There is no correlation between the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of the lower lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in the elderly and the thickness of the ligamentum flavum and the size of the disc herniation. The thickness of the ligamentum flavum and the size of the disc herniation do not affect the effect of minimally invasive treatment.3.The size of the elderly lumbar lateral recess, spinal canal diameter / sagittal diameter, area of the spinal canal, intervertebral height, intervertebral foramen on the diameter / diameter and BMD value of patients with minimally invasive technique for the treatment of the elderly and the relationship between lower lumbar disc herniation, lumbar lateral recess size, spinal canal cross size / sagittal diameter, area of the spinal canal, intervertebral height, intervertebral foramen on the size / diameter were correlated with the patients correlated the score was positively correlated with JOA and negatively related to VAS.There was a negative correlation between the absolute value of BMD and the JOA score of the patients, and there was a positive correlation with the VAS score of the patients.Further explain the effects of the above factors on the treatment of senile lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by minimally invasive treatment. |
