A Meta Analysis Of Drug Therapy For Henoch-Schonlein Purpura In Children

Objective:In order to obtain better efficacy evaluation of childr en purpura nephritis(HSPN),a meta-analysis method was introduced to provide a basis for the selection of treatment options.Methods:Search English and Chinese database,to cover the research results of all children HSPN drugs.The implementation tool of Meta analys is is Rev Man 5.3 software.If there is no meta-analysis in the research results,descriptive analysis is used to obtain the objective judgment of different drug characteristics.Results: Twenty-nine randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were screened out after the retrieval of each document.The combinat ion of hormone and immunosuppressive agents was significantly better than that of pure hormone therapy(RD=0.26,95%CI:0.18-0.33),and the difference was statistically s ignificant.For children with nephrotic level proteinuria,combined intravenous injection of cyclophosphamide(CTX)has a higher cure rate(RD=0.35,95%CI: 0.24-0.46).Combined hormone with mycophenolate mofetil(MMF)oral use hormone group [RD = 0.15,95% CI(0.08,0.08)],CTX [RD = 0.15,95% CI(0.08,0.08)],or a set of azathioprine [RD = 0.75,95% CI(0.43,0.43)] effective.Conclusion: There are many ways to treat children HSPN,and there is no uniform standard.HSPN is more serious,and it is recommended to use mixed therapy.The combination of hormone and immunosuppressive drugs is superior to single hormone therapy.The treatment of MMF was effective with the treatment of CTX or AZA.For the use of all kinds of inhibitors,the evaluation of its efficacy still needs to be confirmed by multi-center and large-scale RCTs.
