The Relationship Of Clinical And Pathological Of 1140 Cases Of IgA Nephropathy

Objective: Analyze the clinical and pathological data of IgA nephropathy patients diagnosed by renal biopsy in Hebei province from 2010 to 2017,and the relationship between clinical and pathological was studied to guide clinical diagnosis and prognosis.Methods:1140 patients with IgA nephropathy were selected as subjects and clinical and pathological data were collected in statistical tables according to the research requirements.The results were calculated by statistical software and the results were analyzed and conclusions were drawn.Results:1.Among the 1140 cases of Ig AN patients,male: female is 1.2:1,almost in young adults.Most patients are lower extremities and facial edema,urine protein,renal insufficiency,hypertenstion,gross hematuria.2.The relationship between clinical indicators: When eGFR gradually decreases,blood pressure gradually increases.There is no statistical difference between urine protein and blood pressure.3.The relationship between pathological types and clinical indicators: When glomerulosclerosis and tubular atrophy/interstitial fibrosis are severe,the urine protein gets worse,and eGFR gets lower,and blood pressure becomes higher.4 Relationship between various pathological indicators and clinical indicators:(1)In the relationship between each pathological index and serum albumin:M0-0.5、M0.5-1、M1 is lower than M0,E1 is lower than E0,T1 and T2 is lower than T0.(2)In the relationship between each pathological index and urinary protein:there is more urine protein in M1、M0-0.5、M0.5-1、E1、S1、T1and T2、C1.(3)In the relationship between each pathological index and serum creatinine:there is lower in M0、S0、T0.Conclusion:1.1140 cases of IgA nephropathy patients,male: female is 1.2:1,the median age of patients is 35.5 years old,mostly in young adults.2.Blood pressure is related to eGFR and urine protein.3.When there is glomerular sclerosis,renal tubular atrophy/interstitial fibrosis,urinary protein increases,blood pressure rises,and eGFR decreases,which are predictive of disease prognosis.4.Four pathological indicators of Ig A nephropathy are connected with clinical indicators.
