Objective: Through the two cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and the occurrence of the occurrence of two kinds of drainage and statistical analysis of whether the occurrence of percutaneous nephrolithotomy should be routinely indwelling double J tube. Methods:Randomly selected 150 cases of urinary tract urinary tract stones in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy treatment, devideded into experimental group and control group.the experimental group don’t retain double J tube, instead of ureteral catheter;the control group was percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy retained double J tube;Observed two groups of postoperative ureteral obstruction, bladder irritation, within three months with macroscopic haematuria and related the occurrence of postoperative complications, analysis related to postoperative complications between two groups have statistically significant. Results: Based on the experimental group and control group the postoperative complications, patients occurred in 2 cases of patients with ureteral obstruction, control group patients with ureteral obstruction occurred in 3 cases, ureteral obstruction rate in the two groups were 2.5% and 3.75% respectively, compared the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05);In experimental group bladder irritation syndrome patients in 3 cases and control group 57 cases of patients who developed bladder irritation, two groups the incidence of bladder irritation syndrome were 3.75% and71.25% respectively, compared the two groups(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Group of patients presenting with macroscopic haematuria 7 cases, control group,46 cases of patients presenting with macroscopic haematuria bladder stimulates the disease incidence of the two groups were 8.75% and 57.5% respectively, compared the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Through the comparison of the two drainage methods after percutaneous nephrolithotomy,it is concluded that the double J tube does not need routine retention in the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy, but should be selective according to the specific situation in the operation Of the retention of double J tube drainage, not only can reduce the cost of surgical supplies, but also can reduce the cost of secondary tube and take the process to the patient caused by pain and discomfort, and reduce the relationship with the retention of double J tube complications, but after surgery The risk of concurrent ureteral stenosis does not increase.
