The Analysis Of Related Risked Factors For Delayed Perihematomal Edema After Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective: To explore the related risked factors for delayed perihematomal edema after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods: A total of 169 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage treated with conservative treatment in China Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.According to the accepted standard of imaging and natural course features of delayed hematoma at home and abroad,the patients were divided into delayed perihematomal edema group(observation group)and without delayed perihematomal edema(control group).The general clinical data,biochemical examination data and imaging data were compared between groups,and the P<0.05 variables were included in the multiple factor Logistics regression analysis.The difference was statistically significant according to the test level of which p<0.05.Results: The result of univariate analysis showed that the age 、 the duration of hospitalization、hematoma density、the location of hematoma between two groups were statistically significan(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistical regression analysis showed that the age、hematoma density、the location of hematoma were independent risked factors for delayed perihematomal edema after intracerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion: Delayed perihematomal edema after intracerebral hemorrhage may occurred insidiously,having adverse effects on the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.So we should pay attention to independent risked factors such as age、hematoma density and the location of hematoma during the cilinal work,so as to implementation positive and effective clinical interventions to improve early clinical prognosis of patients.
